Every time I pick up this book and start to read, I feeeel myself smiling and beginning to feeeel good. For me it has been a reminder of the control I have in my life. The real life stories are typical of all of us. Been there done that! The steps to regain the control we all seek to have in our lives are easy. For the novice, it is a great book. For the knowledgeable it is a gentle reminder of how to get in touch with ourselves again.
