Book Review: Action-packed, intense read!

This was an action-packed, intense read. Tiffany is a woman on a quest to find the cure for breast cancer in memory of her mother! Who wouldn't love her? She gives Antonio a run for his money, and tries his patience at times, but this pair had so much heat it was hard to put the book down. The added supernatural twist was a plus to the already hot story. Recommended read.Book Review: Great Story!

Book Review: In the Jungle

This is a supernatural romantic thriller, filled with action, jungle excursions, jaguars, drug lords, kidnappings, shootouts and even ghosts. It has a pulse pounding storyline that makes it easy to devour the entire book in one sitting. Aleka creates very vivid imagery. One almost feels like they are actually trekking through the exotic locals she describes in the book.
Eyes of the Dead will suck you into an adventure so intense, you nearly forget that it is actually a romance novel. Well, at least until you get to the romantic scenes. Aleka can produce gripping suspense, but have no doubt her love scenes will have your temperature rising.
I highly recommend you pick up a copy of this book.

Aleka Nakis did it again! The novel "Eyes of the Dead" is a breathtakingly dramatic, suspenseful, exciting, funny, sexy, steamy, romantic escape. By the way, did I say STEAMY? The relationship of Tiffany and Antonio is a passionate rollercoaster ride that they try to deny for their own reasons while they have to deal with terrors surrounding them. Both their work entails in helping the world while trying to find eachother in the midst of the craziness of their universe. That's all I am saying. You gotta pick it up to find out more!

Book Review: Romantic Jungle Adventure

I actually bought the e-version of this book. I'm not one for writing reviews usually, but I thought I would give it a try.
I'll start with saying this... I loved the book. It was fun, exciting, and easy to read. I read it all in one sitting.
The story is about a botanist named Tiffany who is a breast cancer researcher. After her mentor (a professor) dies trying to retrieve a plant he thinks is the cure for cancer, Tiffany (with the professor's notes) takes off into the dangerous Mayan jungle in search of the plant.
Antonio (the hero in the story) is a secret agent working undercover as a jungle tour guide. Antonio is trying to break up a drug cartel/human trafficking ring that's going on in local area. Tiffany's presence makes his job that much harder because Tiffany is not only a distration to him, but she's also a prime target for the drug cartel.
I won't say anymore, but imagine the possibilities. After you've done that, add in that the story happens during Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead).
It's a good book with some cool twists. I've actually never read a book quite like this one, which is another reason why Eyes of the Dead gets my recommendation.
