Book Review: Eyewitnesses to History!
Summary: 5 Stars
This is a great book to supplement American history courses with and to give to the person in your life who is a history buff. The book provides first hand accounts for many incidents. Thomas Jefferson accounts the beginnings of the French Revolution, John Lewis on the March from Selma, Mr. Beverly Jones on watching Susan B. Anthony vote in 1872, and Herb Morrison on watching the disaster of the Hindenburg. There are many more accounts in the book. I am an ESOL teacher and will use it to supplement teaching about American history in the classroom. I enjoyed reading it myself.
