Book Review: Cookbook for great tasting dinners in a short time
Summary: 5 Stars
This book came out after a PBS tv program in the US. I was struck by the program because unlike other food prep programs for fast cooking Jacques Pepin was preparing the food in a normal pace and with no pre-prepared ingredients ( I wish I had those pre-cubed onions that appeared in front of me when I needed them). In the program he combines different dishes to come up with a whole meal. I am not sure if that is feasible but doing one dish takes very little time with great results. You do not have to be an experienced chef, if you follow the recipe it will come out fine.
