Book Review: "Brings you your food fast and organ failures!"
Summary: 5 Stars
As soon as I saw this title I assumed it was exactly like the movie SUPER SIZE ME and would basically give the same message: "Don't eat fast food, it makes you gain weight." However, I was extremely surprised by reading the first page that this book was packed with detailed facts about, not only Mc Donalds, but every big name fast food chain and exactly how they started and work today. All the facts, history, and gruesome stories of tragic and terrifying deaths due to contaminated meat made me think twice before taking my little brothers to get a happy meal again. Schlosser is like a CIA agent, exposing the facts and detailed descriptions of how badly handled fast food really is, no matter what the companies claim to make you think otherwise. The book is a must read for all ages.
