Book Review: A Perfect Cookbook

I was like a kid at Christmas when I got this book. It has yet to disappoint. The information is well-written and makes an excellent case for fat as an important ingredient in food. I love that the book has only four chapters and a laser-like focus on the subject at hand. An inspirational book, both in its format and content.
