Book Review: A Fibro Must!

This book was loaned to me by a fellow FMS. It was so good I needed to buy my own copy (and Devin Starlanyl's 2nd fibromyalgia book), and I'm having my relatives and fiancee read it so they understand what is going on with my body. As a realtively young FMS sufferer, this book has done wonders for me. I have been able to make healthy living decisions, find ways to slow or lower the amounts of flare ups, and (best of all) understand how so much of my symptoms are FMS related and how to explain to my doctors what is happening or not happening. It's given me a confidence that I couldn't have had without this book. If you have fibromyalgia or know someone with it, or just want to learn more about this complex disorder, this is the best book you could own.
