Book Review: "Halo a Sci-FI Action"
Summary: 5 Stars
This book is a Sci-Fi-Action-Thriller. Pick this book up if you've played and liked the Halo video game. The book is full of highly detailed-intense action, much of that like the award winning X-Box game. In "First Strike" you see through the eyes of Master Chief, his fellow "Spartan" soldiers, and their enemies. This gives you the stories view from both sides. This is important because you can see each sides battle plans in an exciting war, both on planets and in the depths of space. The main conflict in this trilogy of books("The Flood" and "The Fall of Reach" included) is that between the Covanent Alien Armada and the soldiers from Earth(The underdogs). They are in a spectacular war, the Covanent are fighting for complete galactic dominance and Earth is fighting to protect itself. You might choose to read this book if you are a Halo fan or a person who likes Science-Fiction or action books. I also highly recommend that you read the first two books to the trilogy as well.
