This book comes with a bunch of recipes for shoppers who buy in bulk at wholesale stores. I have a few of the recipes in the freezer right now. Hopefully they taste yummy when I cook them this week. There are a lot of pointers also on how to maximize your freezer space. Lots of recipes from chicken, beef, pork, seafood, even recipes for soups and smoothies.
