One a friend had raved about & I had relinquished willingly - and then found there were no more editions at our local book store. Enter Amazon - no problem at all. If you like to cook large quantities for your family and divide them up to have later, this is the book for you. Wonderful recipes - easy to find ingredients - and each tells you how long the item can be kept in your freezer. From soups to desserts - this is one volume you really should place in your library.
