Book Review: Slow cooking cook book

The thing i didnt like about this book is that there are no pictures. I like seeing what my meal is supposed to look like, to see if i've done it right! There are absolutely loads of recipes in this book, and they all sound great. Only thing is, it is defiantely made for the American market. I mean, what on earth is a chuck roast????? SOme of the recipes contain ingredients that are readily available in england, but this isnt the best cook book iv found. I wouldnt pay full price for it.
