Book Review: A true value, and an accessible and detailed method

Graf-Martínez's Value Pack is truly a bargain. You get not only a text in a familiar, carefully annotated and progressive format, but also its parallel breakdown in lessons on both CD and video (DVD) format. The author's detailed explanations many flamenco nuances accessible. Go through the DVD first to familiarize yourself with the material, put the CD in your digital player so you can enjoy it in your car or home, and then go back to the book and follow the method.
PROS
Not an "intro to guitar"; it's an "intro to flamenco guitar".
Accurate flamenco terminology (you'll need it if you intend to work with other flamenqueros).
Progressive methods. Builds up on previously covered material.
Variety of palos (rhythms).
Technique breakdowns in real-time but slowed down for comprehension.
CONS
Music CD's files are not tagged by palo (rhythm).
