Book Review: 3.5 'good to ok' book

I read the first two books in the series and thought they were okay. They were good enough for me to read the rest of the series, but not good enough to make my favorites list. This book had some good points but it also had some faults.
Fragil Etirnity is about Aslinn, a former mortal that becomes a farie queen in a previous book Wicked Lovelyand how she struggles to keep her mortal lover while agusting to being immortal. It is a little bit like Shakesspear's Midsummer Night's Dream how everyone falls in love with the wrong person.
The cover was good, and I know you're not supposed to judge a book by its cover, but we all do anyway. It has a good plot line for the most part and the world it is based in is intriguing and well made.Its characters were likeable and the author made good and bad in everything and everyoone.
My main issue with this book was that the main character, Aslinn, got extreemly anoying. She is always saying how she wants to do what is best for her court but she always seems to choose what she wants.
If you really need a book to read this is a pretty good one to chose, but if your looking for a realy good book where you get sucked and and start to laugh and cry as you follow the characters through the story then this isn't the right one. It took me a while to finally find the energy to start this book and I was never to reluctant to put it down. All in all this was one of the better "ok" books.
