Book Reviews of Freak: Inside the Twisted World of Michael Jackson

Book Review: Kind of repetitive
Summary: 3 Stars

The book has a lot of good points and makes the reader wonder why Michael Jackson wanders the free world. It borrows heavily from Michael Jackson-Unauthorized. It keeps repeating the fact that he didn't have a pleasant upbringing and he is trying to relive his childhood. I think most of us knew that; fan or non fan. I am not a fan but believe he is talented and puts on a good show for his fans. I do not believe that MJ should be free to keep up the sick type behavior he seems to revel in. Why does anyone that gets into his inner circle need to sign confidentiality agreements? I think the answer is pretty obvious. I hope the guy gets help and I think his career is pretty well over. He gets caught up in a lot of lies too, which are pretty obvious, i.e. plastic surgery. He likes to put his spin on things to build himself up but the sad thing is that he is spinning out of control.

Book Review: sad
Summary: 1 Stars

I read this book. I felt saddened by how Michael is called a freak and picked on so much. He cant even go out in public without people grabbing at him and yelling. My little boy saw this book on my table and said "mom, why does it say freak on this book" I told him how some people like to call other people names even though it hurts this persons feelings. I think Michael should just be left alone, there are more important things in this world besides his nose.

Book Review: Twisted doesn't begin to describe it
Summary: 5 Stars

Twisted doesn't even begin to describe the world of Michael Jackson. This book shows why he's a danger, to both his children and others. Michael shows classic and undeniable signs of being a pedophile who molests young teen boys, thinking it a way of "loving" them. He honestly doesn't think he's hurting them, just loving them. Sad for Michael, as most people with his disorder were themselves molested at the same age as their future preferred victims. Who molested Michael? That's the book I'd like to read next! Interesting and informative! A great read!

Book Review: I Agree with Reader from Portland...
Summary: 5 Stars

I'm sorry that the truth does hurt Michael Jackson fans.
But....
This book is only an account of what Michael himself has chosen to do with his life. It's not about LOVE or HATE, it's just about a cute, talented little boy who grew up to be a freak. (Don't kill the messenger!) If people don't like the plain & obvious truth, then don't read a book titled "Freak!" about Michael Jackson. But, if you are wondering what in the hell is going on with the King??? of Pop, this book is highly recommended.
I rather enjoyed it!

Book Review: The truth hurts
Summary: 5 Stars

How can someone pan a book that she briefly browsed in a store
and compare the book's subject to Iraq? If you're a fan, the book's not for you, especially if you're a mindless follower. Actually the book's documentation is pretty good and a lot of it is public knowledge.
The shocker is that someone who has so much evidence against him can stay out of jail by buying his way out (which actually makes the accusers who accept money just as culpable since they seem more interested in money than justice).
It's fascinating material, admittedly not from your best source, although in recent years the Enquirer has had more real-breaking stories than the mainstream press.
Jackson is exposed for something other than what he'd like you to think and it's hard to determine what he's about. It was a terrific
read. I hope to find more books with even more stuff on this
weirdo.
