Full of great recipes! Not just about fried chicken, french fries and batters. Comes with such a wide variety of ethnic foods - such as:
Italian Struffoli, Ricotta Fritters, Cannoli shells,
Mexican Sopaipillas, Mango Chimichangas, Chicken flautas,
Porteguese (Malasadas) doughnuts
New Orleans Beignets,
Pennsylvania Funnel Cakes,
just too many to name.
Mostly above named are in the doughnut area but the recipes range from appetizers with sauce recipes to desserts... mmmn.
Sad part is I purchased in July for newlyweds and in early October Amazon finally cancelled on me stating they couldn't get this - not sure why they still have on site. Very disappointing to say the least. They also sold it for a decent price - others out there are overpriced.
