I bought three of these garlic cookbooks to give to the three other couples in our goumet group.The recipes start out with appetizers (roasted garlic) and ends with garlic ice cream.
Having been to the original garlic festival in the Garlic Capitol of the U.S. -Gilroy, CA., and having one of the festivals' cookbooks, this little 110 page ringed cookbook has many recipes that I will be using when we host the next gourmet dinner entitled the "stinking rose". Just think of an Amaretto Spinach Salad with two cloves of garlic.....yum!
