Book Review: A MUST for Dutch Oven Owners

After recently purchasing a dutch oven we realized we wanted recipes that utilized its strengths... I found this searching on Amazon and figured it was worth a try - in just a few weeks we've tried enough of the recipes to want to try them all, and it has inspired us enough to create our own. Easy to follow, easy clean up, terrific meals (the fish meals have come out incredibly well). We now look forward to "Dutch Oven Night".
