Book Review: "If You or Someone You Love is a Celiac..."
Summary: 5 Stars
This book is a must-read for people who have Celiac Disease, and those who cook for them. Not only is it full of helpful tips, but it is written in an easy-going, fun-to-read style. I had a hard time putting it down.
Gluten-Free Girl is not primarily a reference book, and probably should not take the place of a good Gluten-Free guide or cookbook. It is more of a memoir which includes some useful reference material and recipes sprinkled throughout. Of course, reference books may be educational but they're not very fun to curl up with by the fireplace after a long day. This book is both educational AND fun! Even those whose lives have not been touched by Celiac Disease will probably find it an enjoyable and interesting book.
