Book Review: Absolutely wonderful deck.

This deck is soft, beautiful and absolutely worth the price. I was stunned by Kat Black's work on this deck: so fine, so careful, you can tell she just loves what she does.
I agree it is annoying seeing the "USGames" words in every card, it takes a little from the work Black has done, I wonder if they coulnd't find any other place to put their brand on. It seems a little disrespectful of the artist's work to me too.
In sum: it is a beautiful deck, with powerful symbolism, and definetly not a "flavour of the month" deck. This one's a keeper.

This was the first tarot deck that I ever bought. Each card is a beautiful collage of medieval/renaissance artwork that is done in such a way that it looks like an original painting from that time. The symbolism itself is in the spirit of the Rider-Waite deck. The little book that comes with it is very good for gaining insight into the symbols' meanings. I highly recommend this deck for anyone interested in the Tarot at any experience level. If you want the popular symbolism of the Rider-Waite deck and you feel a strong connection to artwork from the medieval/renaissance periods, then this is the deck for you. All of my readings with the deck (after the first few clumsy tries) have been very insightful and accurate to a degree I did not expect.Book Review: Amazing!

This is the most beautiful deck I have. The gold trim on the cards is just over the top amazing. In the case is the small book telling you what the cards mean. The box it comes in is sturdy and fits very nicely in a small space. I love that the box is small and long lasting. I love this deck, but there is some nudity in some of the cards, but with historic pictures comes nudity. If you are looking of a deck to have all to yourself this is the one.Book Review: Amazon does it again! This deck is beautiful!

My first impression was caused by the rather elaborate packaging,so professional and expensive looking. The book enclosed had many explanations and informative comments. The cards themselves continued to please me with the elaborate and beautiful illustrations. I am extremely pleased with this purchase, and I highly recommend it to anyone that wants a beautiful and informative package, either for themselves or for a gift. You will not be disappointed!
