For me this was a great book. I really liked the information on putting. I think his advice for the most part was very helpful. I would have liked to see a little more on practice drills, but overall I would highly reccomend this boook to any of my friends.Book Review: Useful Info for beginner and intermediate golfer alike

From a novice golfer: This book was well-written and covers many of the technical fundamentals of the game. I found that the descriptions of the techniques, as well as the exercises to improve your stance or physical ability, was just as helpful as the explanation of the finer points of playing the game. I was going to read it cover-to-cover, but ended up skipping the majority of "The Part of Tens" which covers such things as the author's ten favorite private and public golf courses, and the ten favorite male and female players. I may refer back to this info in the future if I become more interested in the history of the game and descriptions of the greatest players. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the book and plan to review sections of the book repeatedly in order to strengthen my playing skills.Book Review: Worth it

Read this book in conjunction with the golf book for dummies on etiquette. Both worth the read, though you cannot learn to play golf with either book. It will however, get you into the culture, become aware of how to approach the game and avoid many pitfalls.Book Review: Worthless, a rip off

This book is worthless, a complete waste of money. I bought it three years ago when I started playing golf. I keep going back it hoping to get some value out of it. About 50 rounds later, I'm a pretty good golfer but have learned nothing from this book. Check out Ben Hogan's book, David Leadbetter's DVDs and lots of free videos on the Internet for something that will help you.Book Review: gary rocks

I loved this book ,gave me solid foundation for my game that i still refer to
