I generally don't buy cookbooks, but I was at a food show recently and had the opportunity to have this signed by Alton Brown, so I bought it. (I paid $10.00 more than it's listed on Amazon, and I still think it was a bargain!) It reads like a book, and there are so many terrific recipes (some of which they were unable to include in the shows), I started using it right away.
