Book Reviews of Good Omens: The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, WitchBook Review: Just one word: Summary: 5 StarsIngenious!!!!!
Book Review: Brilliant! Summary: 5 StarsGood Omens is literally the funniest book I've read since "The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy." These two are so far the closest thing to a successor to Douglas Adams that I've seen. As soon as I give my friend back her copy, I'm going straight out to buy two or three of my own.
Book Review: A work of genius. Summary: 5 StarsAlex from the USA is so WRONG. This is nowhere near the Hitch-Hikers Guide to the Galaxy, it is better, incredible though that may sound. In fact, one reading just isn't enough, you'll be coming back to this for years to come and still finding it funny. Buy this or you will never be an Enlightened One (read the book for views on televangelists).
Book Review: Simple yet complexly marvellous Summary: 5 StarsRead it and discover for yourself exactly how good this book is... (its easier and more convicing than me doing it for you.)
Book Review: Brilliant Summary: 5 StarsThis is simply one of the most thoughtful, insightful and funny books I've ever read. The two writers have merged together seamlessly- an amazing feat considering their different styles (although TP is getting darker in his latest Discworld books). It seems to me that the majority of TP fans are fixated on the Discworld series and forget about this one-but its brilliant and well up there with the best of them.
