Book Review: Disappointing.

Okay, let's get one thing settled first. I love Gravitation. I think it's a brilliant series with a beautiful and sorrowful romance behind it. The gag lines are well planned out and the plot is a wonderfully twisted masterpiece that will keep you hooked.
I can't stand this volume. It is the one time I can honestly say I was completely and utterly disappointed by the next chapter in the series. It took me a week to struggle through, whereas normally Gravitation would have me nose-deep in it's pages for a straight hour to finish. From being funny, the jokes have become plain silly, and kind of annoying to tell the truth. There is a hint of the actual plot remaining, but I was expecting something far more involved and in-depth than this.
I've seen the anime. This volume isn't in it, and to be quite honest I don't wonder why. As the next book in the series, it's readable, but just.
