Book Review: Some good recipes!

I love indoor grilling and I have tried several of the recipes in this book. Overall I am pretty satisfied. There is a good variety of things to make, the directions are clear, and there is nice color photography of the finished dishes. I have found the results so far to be quite tasty. I only give 4 stars since the book is very short, but when it is available from Amazon Marketplace for less than $5 including shipping, you can't go wrong.
Several of the recipes in this book oil the food to be cooked or use oil in their marinades. My Calphalon grill pan tends to make a lot of smoke when oil from the food or grease from meat falls to the bottom of the pan during cooking. I also have a Sanyo HPS-SG2 Indoor Barbeque Grill. In winter when I can't open all the windows, that's a more practical way to grill indoors and it doesn't change the recipes a bit.
