Book Review: Too Thin and the Title is Inaccurate

This book has some history of the concertina, how to hold it, running scales, and how to care for it, all of which can be found on the web for free. There is a fingering chart, which one often can get with the concertina that one has purchased. However, it is a fingering chart for the 30 button Anglo, and there is no mention of the 20 button Anglo. A lot of times when someone is starting out, it is going to be on the cheaper and less complicated 20 button. There are two pages of chord charts, but they are for the 30 button, which means someone with a 20 button is out of luck.So, really, this book should have been titled "Handbook for the 30 Button Anglo Chromatic Concertina", to avoid confusion.
There are only 10 songs in there, which really isn't much, especially considering they are public domain and there are lots more songs out in the public domain (sea chanteys, Irish tunes, etc.) that the author could have used to fill up the book, and make it seem more worth the cost. I understand that a small printing and an obscure subject matter can drive a price up (economy of scale), but this book could have more in it to justify the price.
