I read, and reread, these stories as e-books. Now, I have the print anthology. I can honestly say that each of these stories had me giggling and drawing strange looks from people while I read in waiting rooms and pick-up lines.
They're short and 'breezy', yet satisfying.
Ticket Me More by Tia Fanning
This is a coming of age story for Meli, an established and respected florist, who needs to complete her sexual awareness. Tia handles the selfdoubt and anxiety which haunts women everywhere with humor and earnest. It doesn't hurt that Michael is the kind of officer we all want to pull us over and ticket us more...Meli keeps breaking the rules for one more encounter. LOL
Cuff Me Lacy by Demi Alex
Demi puts a fun twist of the two men after one woman scenario. What made me smile is officer Chrissie Hansen's sexual frustration being put to the test by her, now yummy, childhood friend's return to town at the exact moment when her on again, off again, pro-football player sex-mate offers her the white picket fence she's always wanted. Oh, what to do, who to choose?
Search Me Baby On More Time by Melinda Barron
Yeah, Melinda writes a great story about old flames reuniting and being unable, and unwilling, to fight off their sexual desire for each other. The fireworks are evident between Wren and Bryan, but what had me rolling was Wren's grandma and all the action she got from her boy-toy. lol Makes you want to grow old just like her.
What The Cuff by Celia Kyle
Celia's is also a best friend story, but with a paranormal twist. Can you imagine knowing who is supposed to be your mate for years and hiding the truth from her? Then, when the timing is right, she needs to be cuffed to a bed to see the light. Great chemistry and twists.
I really enjoyed all these stories. They each had me sighing with a silly smile on my lips.
