Book Reviews of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (Book 4)Book Review: The best book so far Summary: 5 StarsI think that this book beats Harry potter and the prisoner of azkaban to be my best Harry Potter book. In this book you here more about the ministry of magic and it is sad to see a character die, also to see how the other characters deal with it.
Book Review: you have to read this Summary: 5 StarsHarry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, is the best by far of all the Harry Potter books. Harry, in his fourth year at Hogwarts, school of witchcraft and wizadry has alot to encounter this year. At the begining you may think it drags on a bit at the Quiditch World Cup but every bit of the story is vital to be able to understand the plot. Harry meets up with his worst enemy 'he who must not be named' again and with the help of his godfather,(Sirius Black), Professor Dumbledore, Ron Weasly, Hermione Granger and Hagrid he will once again survive the dark magic of 'he who must not be named'
Book Review: As good as the expectations Summary: 5 StarsThe long awaited fourth Harry Potter arrives, the size and weight of a small brick, and I managed to read it in the space of ten hours. From this, I can confirm that it is as good as promised- somebody does die, but I won't say who, as J.K. Rowling seems to enjoy making several characters seem like suitable candidates. And it has a tabloid reporter called Rita Skeeter, whose rather fictional reports provide a commentary on the continuing events of the book. And yes, it does seem a lot more mature than the previous books. You know how the last three all ended on a really happy note, with all the plans of the villains thwarted? Just thought I'd mention that.
Book Review: Anyone of Any age will enjoy this book for sure! Summary: 5 StarsThe fourth book definitely lives up to the hype with unexpected twists and turns when you never expect them. Anyone who has read it will agree with J.K.Rowling saying that the only reason that it is that long is because it has to be. It is a highly recommended read and anyone who has not read any of the Harry Potter books should start and find out what all the hype is about. I ordered it from Amazon and recieved it on the Saturday morning which it came out. I had read it by the next morning, all 642 pages. J.K.Rowling is such a good author you feel as though you are there, almost like a movie hating to turn away from it.
Book Review: Waiting for the next one! Summary: 5 StarsHaving breathlessly reached the last page of "Harry Potter and the Goblet of fire", I find myself desperately searching for a time dilation charm so the wait until the next instalment can pass in a heart beat. The much greater length of this work than the previous episodes allows the plot to be much more evenly paced, and the denouement plays out wonderfully convincingly, at once chilling and moving. It is no secret that the book is much darker in tone than the series has hitherto been, but also present in spades is the wonderful trademark Rowling humour.... This is a very fine book indeed. Unreservedly recommended to muggle adults (whose children have probably been unnaturally quiet this weekend).
