Book Reviews of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (Book 4)

Book Review: EXCELLENT!
Summary: 5 Stars

I received the book first thing on Saturday and finished it before midnight. It was fantastic. It was as good as the first time I read Harry Potter. There is definitely no loss of lustre or ideas here. The plot is thick and complicated, the subplots are exciting and overall, you wouldn't even want to stop to have your meals. Warning, the book is quite long compared to the previous ones.

Buy it and read it as soon as you can. If you haven't read the other Potters, then read them in their proper sequence.

My only disappointment is that I will have to wait for the next book. If only I could use a spell and summon it to arrive tomorrow. Cheers. Well done, Rowling.

p/s - I'm 22 years old =)

Book Review: If you had six stars I'd give it six!
Summary: 5 Stars

This is a very good book that will keep you occupied longer than the others because it's 638 pages long. It's a very exciting book with a bit of comedy and horror in it. Although it's very long, it isn't harder to read than the other ones (I'm 10. I read it in two days with time out to attend a birthday party). Make sure you read the first three first! As everyone knows someone dies in this book and it is very scary. Also, Harry falls in love.

Book Review: A bit of a disappointment
Summary: 3 Stars

After all the hype and anticipation, perhaps it was inevitable that the new book wouldnt be all that was hoped for. It's really only in the last 100 pages that this really comes alive, as the rest is a rehash stylistically of the previous three, when it was something new that was needed. It's still enjoyable enough, but neither Harry nor the plot evolve in any significant way until the end, and even the much-heralded death is a let-down. No fans of the series will stop reading because of this book, there are still touches of the old magic in plenty, and as ever it's still a compelling page-turner. But it could have been more.

Book Review: A detailed description of a brilliant book
Summary: 5 Stars

Yet again J.K.Rowling surprises us with her unique talent to keep children and adults alike glued to the pages of her books. Harry and his friends have lots of fun and the plot thickens as Harry is somehow picked for the Triwizard competition and Viktor Krum is atacked in the forest. What's going on? Well I know one thing that is going on and that is another magical book from a supurb author, WELL DONE!

Book Review: A great book!
Summary: 5 Stars

Okay, if you want to read a good book or series, READ HARRY POTTER. Book four (Okay I'll admit it I'm only on page 150 because i got it yesterday) is the best. I'm enjoying it more then any other book. If you want to read a book that will make you laugh and will maybe scare you a little, READ HARRY POTTER.
