Book Reviews of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (Book 5)

Book Review: WOW!! I couldn't put it down...
Summary: 5 Stars

What an amazing book! The action starts in Chapter 1 and doesn't slow down. Rowling's twists and turns for all of the characters keeps you turning the pages, to the exclusion of all else. Malfoy, Crabbe, and Goyle finally get taken down a peg or two, and we start to learn a bit more of some of the supporting characters (ie Neville, Ginny, and Snape, to name a few). Not only do the characters evolve, but the complexities of the wizarding world, outside of Hogwarts, is starting to unfold and hopefully will be continued. I can't wait unitl the next book!!! Please let it be soon....

Book Review: Another fantastic one!
Summary: 5 Stars

Well, she has done it again! Book 5 is absolutely fantastic. After finishing it, it makes you want desperately to read the next books, just as with book 4.
It is a very long book, but you just keep on reading. It is not a happy book, though. Everything is very dark and somber, which does take some getting used to.
However you will enjoy this one, as much as the first four.
Can't wait for the next one (AND I WANNA KNOW THE ENDING!!!!!!!)

Book Review: Hp and the order of the phoenix
Summary: 5 Stars

Well, i think this book is excellent, im not going to give away too much. Someone gets killed, i actually cried when i read about it. im still reading it, but im near the end, the defence against the dark arts teacher isnt mrs figg or flear delecore, but its a woman. Most of the cliffhangers in bk 4 are answered.
im not saying any more, READ IT! IT'S BRILL!

:D

Book Review: At last!
Summary: 5 Stars

Well, it took me 8 hours to read straight through (and no, I'm not trying to start a competition here!) but it was well worth it. A piece of advice - don't read this if you're in a bad mood - J.K.Rowling said in some interviews that Harry was a lot angrier this time around and she wasn't kidding! Mind you, he's got a lot to put up with.
I'm not going to give out any spoilers here (and those people who were shown on the news on TV being the first to buy the book, and then turning straight to the back page SHAME ON YOU!)but there are some really dark, descriptive passages. 12 Grimmauld Place anyone?
The book's an easy read - Ms. Rowling's got a great style as always, and she keeps the plot rolling along very smoothly - how they're going to edit it down for the movie is anybody's guess.
Best bits? The climactic fight (of course!), anything involving Miss Umbridge (what a cow!), the return of Rita Skeeter...
Worst bits? The fact that we've got to start waiting now for the next one!!
Well done Ms. Rowling!

Book Review: If you haven't already bought it - go get it now!!!
Summary: 5 Stars

This long-awaited book from JK Rowling, is brilliant! It's so hard to put down. There is so much suspense and drama in this book. It has a good storyline and the person who dies is totally unexpected, yet so obvious! I would recommend it to anyone who wishes to be entertained and I hope you enjoy it as much as I have!
