Well, I bought this book about 18 months ago. At the time I was in a fairly desperate state having tried a large variety of migraine remedies all of which either did not work or (more often than not) actually made my condition worse. Almost by chance I came upon this book on Amazon. The key thing was that it had about 250 reviews and around 245 of these said that they had tried Bucholz's methods and they had worked! - headaches either gone or much reduced. These claims were from people who like myself had been struggling for many decades. So I bought the book and sure enough it worked for me also ! Fantastic ! I still get the occasional bad attack but is is now just very occasional instead of every week and usually its when I have gotten overconfident and failed to follow the books advice.
Having a spare few moments I though I would check of there had been a new edition. I was shocked to find that all the reviews that had previously alerted me to the power of this book have gone. I felt compelled to write a review to inform people that this book has actually been a great success with a large number of people. I didnt want anyone suffering in the way that I was to miss out.
