Book Review: Everyone concerned about a healthy life should read this

I first saw Russell Blaylock in the movie "sweet misery" and the follow up "sweet remedy" and found this guy to be extremely knowledgeable in the field of food toxicity and additives, and so bought this book and his other book "excitotoxins". He regular does talks all over the US explaining the dangers of artificial sweetners (aspartame, etc) and the chemicals in our foods that are causing M.S., Brain tumours and many more health problems. First the history of why these chemicals have come into our food system by way of corporate greed pushing for a product that will make money, and undermiming the dangerous tests that were preliminarily made back in the 1980's and then the effects explained quite easily but indepth. Fantastic investigative work from a guy who's trying to save your lives with the knowledge he's attained.
