Book Review: Great stories marred by awful print quality

I have followed Mr. Corben's career from his Creepy, Eerie B&W magazine days up to his Heavy Metal's inhumanely muscular Den stories, and beyond.
I'm glad to see that Heavy Metal has collected the short stories from the Warren mags. But oh boy, is the print quality bad! Some pages are decent, but other pages, especially the colored ones, the color bled and the black lines are fuzzy. On some B&W pages, the black lines look faded, as though it's gone through too many generations of photocopying.
I'm not very proud of this book so probably will resell it to someone else who can appreciate it more.
Rich Corben is a talented American comic artist with unique art and story telling. I rank him up there with R. Crumb, W. Eisner, M. Caniff, and J. Kirby. His work deserves better care than what Heavy Metal has put out. I own quite a few H.M. books, which have pretty high quality, so this is very surprising for me. I hope some publisher will purchase the right to put out an archive-quality collection of his work in the future. Where are Dark Horse, DC, and Marvel when you need them?
For now, to all fellow Corben fans out there: stay away from this book! You have been warned!
And as for the editor of this book. You're fired.
