This nicely designed little book has a big heart, and will make a terrific stocking stuffer! Author Michael Turback gives us 60 delicious recipes culled from chocolatiers, pastry chefs, and restaurateurs, and they are clever recipes indeed. From classically rich to spicy and zippy, this book covers perhaps all of the known variations of hot chocolate in the universe! My favorite? It's a toss-up between Caramel Hot Chocolate on page 54 and the Hungarian Heat on page 43. But with such a mouth-watering selection of recipes, tomorrow I may change my mind.Book Review: Delicious

This book came to my attention when one of my friends received it as a gift. After leafing through it I wanted a copy and decided to try and and find it at Amazon. They had it in stock so I bought two of them and gave one as a gift. I found the book to be more than a receipe book for Hot Chocolate. It told how and where to find the best Chocolate. It turned a cup of Hot Chocolate into an adventure. I am so pleased with the book I am going to give it as a Christmas gift to all my friends.Book Review: Hot chocolate, not hot cocoa.

There are a few folks complaining about the end product being of a sludge consistency. The reason is, these are hot chocolate recipes not hot cocoa recipes. So if you are looking for hot cocoa, open a Taste Of Home magazine or find a different book, this one isn't for you. Otherwise, after a couple of rich cups of chocolate, we were hooked. Just make sure you get a small cup. These are very rich.Book Review: If you love hot chocolate, buy this book
