Book Reviews of How I Play GolfBook Review: Grand Slam of a Book Summary: 5 Stars
Just as Tiger Woods is the real deal as a golfer and as a human, so is his book "How I Play Golf."
I bought this book when it first came out. Seven years later, it continues to be a reference I use over and over.
This book is well written, well organized, and is printed on high quality glossy stock. Everything about it is top notch, reflecting the excellence you expect from Tiger Woods.
Hands down, with few exceptions, I'd put Tiger and his book up against the teaching-pro trinket books of the day that are spewed out of the printing presses on almost a daily basis.
Book Review: Great Book for All Golfers Summary: 5 Stars
This book really gives me lot of ideas how to improve my skills, from tee off to putting! Clear illustrations with photos from Woods can let me understand most common faults and get rid of them. I recommended this book to my 3 of my friends. They all love it and keep it for 1st reference.
Book Review: Great Golf Book Summary: 5 Stars
I learnt golf about 2 years ago. Many of my flaws were fixed after reading this book. I found the book very useful for golf lover who wants to improve his skill.
Book Review: Great Golf Instruction Book Summary: 5 Stars
This book is a must for any golfer wishing to improve his/her game. It is clearly written with great sequential pictures and illustrations. It explains many of the fundamentals in an easy to understand manner. Based on the information in the book, I changed my grip and technique for putting and I am much more consistent. I also changed my grip and swing technique for my drives with much better results. With some practice over the past month using the techniques from this book, I've moved from a 90's to 80's golfer. It is the best golf book I've ever read.
Book Review: Great Instruction Summary: 5 Stars
This is a great instruction book and represents what Tiger had learned under Butch Harmon. There are obvious similarities in Butch's teaching and books and this one, which is not surprising considering how long Tiger had worked with Butch when this was written. This book can be found for very reasonable prices and is a good buy.
