Book Reviews of How I Play GolfBook Review: Great Read For More Experienced Golfers. Summary: 4 Stars
As mentioned in some earlier reviews on other golf titles, I am looking to pick up golf again after a several year absence due to family, work, and other interests. Saw this title at the local public library and decided to give it a try.
The book contains several pictures of Tiger Woods himself in different situations and how he uses his master skills to address them. He summarizes what he would do in a given situation and who's to argue with him?
I have no illusions of even coming close to Tiger Woods' fantastic golf game. The book is tailored more for the intermediate to advanced player. I would have liked to see more information on basic information (what clubs to have in your arsenal, when to use the, etc.) and will check this book out again when I become a more experienced (and hopefully better) golfer.
Recommended.
Book Review: Great book for all skill levels Summary: 5 Stars
This is a really great book. It goes through all the basics in good detail and provides an insight into tournament play.
I would definately recommend this book to any level of golfer.
Book Review: Great book from Tiger himself Summary: 5 Stars
This book is a winner because of all the pictures to go along with the invaluable knowledge from Tiger Woods himself.
Book Review: Great book! Summary: 4 Stars
Really enjoyable. Great pictures. Published when he was younger in his career of course but right after his white hot 2001 Season. Very interesting what he shared about some of his shots and philosophies. A great adddition to the home library. I highly recommend it.
Book Review: Hole in one! Summary: 5 Stars
Ideal for people who want to know how Tiger Woods plays golf or for Tiger Woods if he ever loses his memory.
