Everytime I buy a new cookbook I think maybe this will be the ONE that I will be able to use every day. Until this book,that has never happened. I can finally give away almost every other cookbook I have since I bought this book. Every recipe that I have tried has been great. This is the Joy Of Cooking for the new generation. I highly recommend this wonderful book.Book Review: There's better book than this one. Not Worth the $$$$$

This is what the new Joy of Cooking should have been but is not. There is good basic information combined with some interesting recipes but most of all is a presentation that anticipates and encourages creativity. Experienced cooks will enjoy the frequent variations that are suggested.Book Review: Not as good as Yan
