Book Review: My search has ended! Summary: 5 StarsEverytime I buy a new cookbook I think maybe this will be the ONE that I will be able to use every day. Until this book, that has never happened. I can finally give away almost every other cookbook I have since I bought this book. Every recipe that I have tried has been great. This is the Joy Of Cooking for the new generation. I highly recommend this wonderful book.
Book Review: There's better book than this one. Not Worth the $$$$$ Summary: 1 StarsLousy recipes, little guidance. I don't know why I bought this cheap, retarded cook book. It doesn't show you how to cook anything. I couldn't find anything I like to cook or want to eat in this book.
Book Review: Very useful cookbook especially for creative cooks Summary: 5 StarsThis is what the new Joy of Cooking should have been but is not. There is good basic information combined with some interesting recipes but most of all is a presentation that anticipates and encourages creativity. Experienced cooks will enjoy the frequent variations that are suggested.
Book Review: Not as good as Yan Summary: 1 StarsThis book is about greed, lust, and unbridled enthusiasm. But Yan cooks it up better.
