On first reading Gincy's book the emphasis on "ground work" was slightly off-putting, as I am not a beginner and not exactly 'starting over'. But this book is just chock-full of gems, and the step-by-step nature of it means you can practice one thing until you get it right, then by the time you are ready to move onto the next thing, the previous thing is well-embedded in your muscle memory. A great book and one I will no doubt come back to year after year.
