Summary: 5 Stars
I wish I read this book years ago. This book emphasizes many points of teaching, but none more important than student relations and lesson plans. The author also informs the budding teacher (or long-time not-too-serious teacher) like me how to firm things up and create a better learning environment for students. This creates returning students that in turn increase your bank account! The book is full of helpful advice rather than preaching. Easy to read, well written, and serious. This book is helpful to a guitar (or bass) teacher at any point in their careers.
