Tom takes the "how to" approach to the sales process. He helps you from the very beginning of the sales process all the way to getting referrals. He helps us to rid ourselves of using words and strategies that can easily kill a sale. If you like what you read, I highly suggest attending the Tom Hopkins Boot Camp held every August in Scottsdale AZ. I have gone twice, and it was a game changer for me.
