Book Review: Great cookbook for WW Summary: 5 StarsSince I am attending Weight Watchers, many in our group have gotten the Hungry Girl Cookbook. I had to go through and put the Points on each recipe but this did give me a chance to read each of them extensively. One lady in our group decided to eat all new recipes from this book for a week and she lost 3 lbs. These are so easy to read and follow, and it is a fun book for ideas.
Book Review: Fantastic! Summary: 5 StarsA must-read for women seeking alternative methods to traditional cooking. Healthy options written out easily, with not a crazy amount of ingredients. Highly recommended!
Book Review: Satisfying Mixture of Good Food and Good Advice Summary: 5 StarsThis cookbook comes with so much more than simply how to get a meal finished. It includes tips for dining out, doubling recipes and so much more.
I plan to share this book with many of my friends and family.
