Book Review: A Fabulous Guide

I have had the good fortune of being able to visit this cafe in Berkley, CA and was completely blown away from their food. I follow a vegan lifestyle and am always interested in live and raw foods as well. I got this cookbook for my brother and the two of us have had a lot of fun whipping up recipes. One word of caution is definitely that you will need some serious kitchen appliances to do a number of the concoctions described. Other than a good food processor and nut grinder, a dehydrator is key and a "spiralizer" (??) is mentioned often.
Be prepared to be blown away by the recipes and learn a lot about vegan and live food preparation!
