Great book. Even better CD. Listened to it before I went to bed and got up in the morning like a bullet. So much energy and with such determination and got things done that day that I had been putting off for ages. Highly recommended if your stuck and you need a good kick. Her no nonsense voice wakes up your purpose and gets you on track.Book Review: Lovely.

I love these cards - the artwork is so appealing. It's nice to have reminders of positive thinking in such a handy form. I use them as bookmarks or just have them dotted about. I've now even bought the teenagers version for the kids.Book Review: Fantastic value

I must confess that I was never a fan of Louise Hay before this but I've since converted! This small book is packed with so much clear and concise information regarding affirmations and is beautifully illustrated throughout. Specific topics such as health, self esteem, forgiveness, job success, relationships are also discussed at some length. It also comes with a CD which is the audio version of this book. So you can choose whether to read the book or listen to the cd. You will not regret buying this set!!!Book Review: Inspirational Healing !

This is one of the best self help books (with CD). A gentle, relaxing, loving companion. Her gentle, positive affirmations work like magic. Listen to the CD in the morning and it transforms the whole day. Her words build your confidence and strength, nurturing positivity, eliminating negativity it heals all past wounds.
