Book Reviews of I Hope They Serve Beer In Hell

Book Review: Hillarious (and a great social commentary, but first and foremost: funny)
Summary: 5 Stars

Tucker Max, known well through his website, has captivated readers of all ages 17 to 27 (joke) in a witty interesting and informational memoir. I understand well how many could be offended and/or disgusted by the man. His exploits, which constitute the entirety of I Hope They Serve Beer In Hell, are funny and edgy.
His stories take the reader from east to west, to somewhere in between (where he is almost killed by 'rednecks'). This book will be made into a movie in 2009, accompanying the release of his second memoir.
I highly recommend this funny memoir. It reads well, will get you laughing as you're reading, and also will tell you something about modern society (if you look for the insight into society, you'll find it, though you don't have to at all, the book is entirely his escapades).
Five Stars.

Book Review: Rude antics of a vile, repugnant, disrespectful college student
Summary: 1 Stars

I love to read and this is the worst book I have ever read in respect to both writing style and content...Tucker Max chronicles his drunken escapades which mainly include sleeping with as many women as possible, a lot of vomitting stories and insulting everyone he meets along the way. Most people would look upon this behavior years later and be embarrassed, but Tucker continues to think he is the funniest person alive. The only person I could see enjoying this book would be a frat boy who lacks any moral or ethical compass. I strongly regret having purchased this book and contributing to the financial success of Tucker Max in any way.

Book Review: disgusting and extremely nasty
Summary: 1 Stars

I cannot believe anyone would want to read this book. I bought it thinking it would be funny but, it is just a sick account of someone with no respect for women. Tucker makes fun of all the women in his book that ever hooked up with him. The book is about a shallow childish frat brat who apparently never grew up.
If you want to read it go ahead but I wouldn't waste any money to support the way he degrades women. I feel sorry for the women that ended up in his sick book.

Book Review: Tucker Max is like an extended stories-evening with my fraternity brothers.
Summary: 5 Stars

This book is simply guy-hilarious. Rude, crude, and fantastically innapropriate. It's like hanging out with your fraternity brothers at your 20th reunion andwalking down memory lane. My brother passed this down to me. Now I pass it down to you. Enjoy and laugh your A$$ off!

Book Review: Every man's hero!!!
Summary: 5 Stars

There is no reason for me to write a long review about why this book is so awesome or why Tucker Max is better than everyone. Simply put, this book made me laugh harder than I ever have before. Reading this on my flight from Minneapolis to Tokyo, I had to stop reading several times simply because my stomach hurt from laughing and I had tears streaming down my face. Amazingly funny and completely original, you will enjoy every word in this book, as long as your read the book description and aren't scared away by his fore-warning.
