Book Review: The book was fantastic!

This book was excellent. It didn't take a long time to read and it REALLY shined light on issues I had no idea were keeping me awake! I can fall asleep quickly now just by changing the way I think.

Here's some things I liked in particular:

The book reads like a story, and it feels like you have a coach there with you.

All the actionable points are very clear. You can start by following the numbers and bullet points and techniques to develop the most important things first, and then dig into the stories to find tons of other things to develop... I just read it start to finish but it was easy to go back and pick things up.

It makes the concept clearer to see them laid out like a play with monologues (the book is largely focused on Dr. Haug coaching his patients) - and because it reads like a story with a coach in it, it captivates the reader making it easy to learn

What I think it really comes down to - why this book seems like a powerful cure for insomnia - is that it imprints COACHING into written words. I think even the most struggling insomniacs would be moved by this book. It's helped me gain a superior understanding of what "wired" things are and what "tired" things are... something every insomniac should know about.
