Book Review: 1 Star is Generous...is this the worst book EVER???

Unfortunately, Ice Station suffers from a few flaws. Mr Reilly knows nothing about his subject matter, and he can't write. Every page is peppered with exclamation points and italics in the most heavy-handed style ever.
And if that doesn't grate you, the actual writing style will; Matthew Reilly writes like a twelve-year-old. Awful sentence construction, a plot that is pure fantasy and ludicrous, and the characters...oh boy!...to call these character cardboard would be an insult to cardboard!
I don't care how much money Reilly has made form his books...he must know in his heart of hearts that he can't write! After all, WE all know it!
All I can say to anyone looking at Ice Station as a possible buy is....AVOID THIS BOOK! Try Rollins, or Lincoln Preston instead.
