Not only does this book have a good supply of some of chuck's best fights This book shows the life of Chuck Liddell, the most popular MMA fighter in the world. ICEMAN shows chuck growing up learning everything from bartending to boxing, playing high school sports, and the partying lifestyle that successful fighters can live.
This book is a good quick read if you're interested in UFC and mixed martial arts. Included in the book are some pictures of chucks a fight showing losses and victories that added a cool touch to the book. This book also includes a bunch of interesting facts and different side notes about the great fighter and his life style. The contradiction of his ferocity in the Octagon to his mild-mannered nature outside of it is fascinating. I enjoyed and appreciated the insight Chuck gives into each of his fights, the truth he shares about each victory and each loss he has suffered in Mixed Martial Arts. His opinion on fighting are enlightening and
very educational for people trying to get into martial arts in general.
