Book Review: Negative Review.

Well I cannot find any negative reviews for this title so it must be me, but I am about to give it one!
I am sorry to say that this is the first and last title that I will try by this author. I started it this afternoon and I just could not get on with her writing style, why I am just not sure? Maybe it was a big mistake to try and read this after seeing the film? Which incidentally I enjoyed!!
So although I cannot recommend this title I think maybe if you have not yet seen the film and enjoy `chick lit' it might be Ok. Everyone else certainly seems to think so!

I bought the book because of the movie, however I didn't watch the movie at all, and I don't want to watch it (had a glimpse and that's it!)...it's not my type of book but there's something u can hold on to 'till the last page, so...read it if u've got time...Book Review: Easy going serious stuff

This was an enjoyable read and touched lightly upon some the conflicts that rage within all families- secrets, lies, favouritism and competion. I enjoyed this book immensely and it was much more worthy than your average chick lit stuff. I also felt the boko transcended generations by exloring not only the bonds between sisters but introducing grandma too. Be warned though- there are elements of the book that veer wildly away from the content of the film.
