Book Review: Amazing calm wrapped in a CD

My kids are 7 and 9 now. I bought this last year for them from Itunes, well my computer crashed and I am replacing them now with hard copies.
Perfect for elementary aged children, the stories yes are simple but the idea is to relax their mind and allow themselves to let go in a fast paced world. Miss Lori does a great job with this because it usually takes less than 10 min. for my kids to go to sleep. No getting out of bed for drinks, or telling me they are hungry. (Yes my 3rd going into 4th grader LOVES it)
I got the 3 pack this time so that I can trade them off with my sister. She has a son that has ADHD and I HAVE to know if it will calm him down as much as it did mine. He is a very angry child and I am hoping that this will save him much frustration.
