As a French person, I can recommand very highly this new version of "More Fast Food My Way" from Jacques Pepin. He has done more than most French cook to inspire and made possible the art of French cooking to be accessible to everyone. He accoplished this in writing and demonstrating in a simple, practical fashion that any one can be a gourmet chef - without the complications usually needed to arrive at such resulsts.
