I love the stuff that Jamie presents. It's all down to earth, good, honest food that tastes fancy without taking forever to prepare. I like the recipes that he has included but I must admit, it is missing some of my favorite home cooking. I think it's great that Jamie can get you cooking healthy without forcing it upon you. The stuff is really good, healthy is just bonus.
